Individual Counseling

A welcoming place to begin healing

Therapy services are available for people experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, domestic violence, anger management, overall mental health concerns, and other mental health diagnoses.

Nurturing Parent

4 sessions

Duration: 4 hours

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month

Domestic Violence Group

Session details available through intake

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month

Anger Management for Men

Session details available through intake

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month

Anger Management for Women

10 sessions

Schedule: Tuesdays

Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Couples to Co-Parent

8 sessions

Duration: 2 hours

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month

Paint & Process

Schedule: Monthly

Age Group: Ages 6–9: 2nd Saturday; Ages 10–13: 4th Saturday

Registration is required before attending group therapy or parenting programs. Please submit an online intake request or call the main office to speak with a member of the Intake Team.
