In the interest of public health, Kindred Place has suspended in-person services to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but we are now offering individual counseling services via telehealth. We are also temporarily waiving co-pays for counseling sessions to ensure help is available to all families in the Greater Memphis area.
Our 14 therapists have experience working with parents, intimate partners, adolescents, and whole families.
Counselors are available by phone Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 noon. We also have a co-parenting class available through Zoom classroom. Please call 901-276-2200 for more information, or send an email to email@example.com.
It's a stressful time for all families.
You may have seen the news that domestic violence calls have gone up the the past two weeks while child abuse reports have gone down. Being at home together, compounded by financial worries, job loss, and isolation, is truly a nightmare for some families.
Even families who don't typically struggle with agression are feeling the pressure.
Here's how you can help:
- Please share this email with your family, friends, and neighbors. Let everyone know that our counseling services are available to anyone.
- Please check on your family, friends, and neighbors - not just once, but throughout this challenging time. It is vitally important to stay connected.
- Please consider supporting our work financially. With your support we can continue waiving copays for counseling sessions during this crisis so everyone will have access to help.
